BUSINESS SUPPORT/ MINUTE TAKER


SUTTON


MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM-5PM


3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT


£12 HOURLY RATE


ASAP START



To provide business support to the wider Social Care Support Team.



Main duties:



  • Continuously improve customer service by listening and responding to the changing needs on internal and external customers.

  • Undertake diary, correspondence and meeting management

  • Receive, log, process, distribute and track a high number of correspondence and documents

  • Create, maintain and close files ensuring data is up to date, accurate and relevant to customer and business needs.

  • Create standardised templates, forms and fee sheets

  • Work with Senior Business Support Officers to collate information to assist in responding to any enquiries or requests.

  • Update and maintain internet and intranet pages, databases and project files



The ideal candidate will:



  • Have a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute (ESSENTIAL)

  • Previous experience in taking minutes.

  • Be IT literate with experience of using Word, Powerpoint and software packages

  • Excellent communication skills in person, over the telephone and in writing

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment
