BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER


KINGSTON


MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM


3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT


£13.92 HOURLY RATE


ASAP START



To provide efficient and customer focused administration of the Local government, firefighters and teachers pension schemes fort the employees of local authority organisations.



Main Duties:



  • Prepare reports/ statistics/ briefings

  • Recommend improvements and support implementation

  • Respond to and resolve enquires and problems

  • Maintain financial and stock records

  • Support, coordinate and undertake research into a variety of projects in the defined area

  • Deliver a range of administrative and customer services in support of existing systems.



The ideal candidate will have:



  • A working knowledge of defined benefit pensions administration

  • Knowledge of payroll and HR systems

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Ability to work with others
