Adecco are proud to be working with a well know distribution company based in Ashford.


They are currently Recruiting for a Call Centre Agent to join the on a temporary to permanent basis.

Pay Rate:


£8.21 an hour



Hours:


Weekdays


8:00am - 9:00pm Opening hours


Your shift would be 8 hours in between the above hours.


Saturdays and Sundays


9:00am - 8:00pm Opening hours


Your shift would be 8 hours in between the above hours.


This role will include weekends



Days Of Work:


5 out of the 7 days a week



Duties:


Customer service


Advising clients on prices and bookings


Dealing with cancellations


Dealing Customer complaints


Telephone Work


Imputing basic data on the in-house System



Training:


Provided on Wednesday 13th January 2020



Duration:


On Going Temporary
