We are recruiting for a global company based in Corby, they are a leading manufacturer of home appliances and solutions. They are a real living wage employer and they reward employees with skill uplifts as you progress in the role.


They are recruiting for several enthusiastic Customer Service Adviser to join their expanding team. You will be dealing with a variety of calls; previous customer service experience is required this would ideally be telephone based but could be from a face to face customer service role.


Shifts Available:


Back/Late Shifts



  • 13:45 - 22:00 Monday-Friday. No Weekends

  • Working from the office

  • Salary £22,567


Night Shift



  • 00:00 - 08:00 / 23:00 - 07:00 Sunday to Thursday

  • Working from the office

  • Salary £24,570


Day Shift



  • Shift Rotation 09:00 - 17:15 X2, 08:00 - 16:15, 09:45 - 18:00, 11:45 - 20:00

  • 1 in 5 Saturdays, 1 in 10 Sundays

  • X2 Bank Holidays per year

  • Salary £20,475


This is a unique opportunity to work in an office environment, working a nightshifts or back shifts, which is traditionally a shift only available for industrial work.


The successful candidate will be customer focused, have soft selling skills, a structured approach to hitting goals and deadlines, excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. A good degree of computer literacy is a must alongside previous customer services experience.


Duties will include:



  • Handling incoming calls.

  • Booking engineer service visits.

  • Identifying and ordering spare parts.

  • Assisting with trouble shooting.

  • Providing pre purchase advice.

  • Cross selling warranties.
