Adecco are looking for an experienced telephonist/ call operator to join our public sector team based in Cannock. This is a temporary ongoing role working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Hourly rate of pay from £9.50ph. Applicants must have experience of taking high volume calls within a public sector environment. Duties will involve speaking to patients, adhering to data protection and updating systems. Previous experience of using PAS is desirable but not essential.
