We are currently recruiting exclusively for a business based in Folkestone who are going through a major growth period and the role we are recruiting for is a brand new role. The role we are seeking someone for is the Campus Manager position which their main role will be to support with each of their facilities and some HR support.



This role has a lot of variety and is an exciting role for someone who wants a role with a twist, something different, something exciting and who wants to grow their skill set further.



The responsibilities of the role will be as follows;




  • prepare documents for contractors

  • coordinate the work of contractors

  • calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money

  • Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling

  • ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation

  • Plan best allocation and utilisation of space and resources

  • Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies

  • Monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.

  • Support HR in On-boarding and Off boarding

  • Collection of necessary new starters details

  • Adhoc administrative duties



You will be required to support the team where necessary across 3 warehouses, 1 office and 1 shop location.



As long as you have good level of IT skills (Microsoft office platforms) and a personality that is proactive, team work is vital. If you want to be somewhere in which you can support in making a change then this may be the role for you.
