Candidate Consultant

Adecco Northumberland are excited to be in a position to recruit an Administrator/Candidate Consultant to work with our award winning team.

You will be working for a worldwide organisation within one of the largest & leading recruitment agencies in the world.

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Candidate Consultant is to provide a high level of administrative support, assisting consultants to source candidates, complete payroll, advertise vacancies, use social media to attract candidates, arrange interviews, take feedback & offer candidates new roles.

  • The basic salary is paying between £20,500k to £21,500K with approx. £2,500 an annum bonus.

The role:

  • Proactively resource candidates for active client vacancies as well as pipe-lining talent relevant to the current market sector

  • Handle incoming candidate CVs, pre-screening and arranging candidate appointments and guide candidates through the interview process

  • Assisting with the interview process to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and previous work history

  • Using video interviewing technology and assessments to shortlist and select candidates.

  • Proactively understanding current client's requirements.

  • Build market knowledge of clients within each sector

  • Interact and liaise with clients on daily basis

  • Excellent PC skills essential

  • Dealing with any queries and providing excellent customer service

  • Ensuring compliance is 100% in relation to H&S and Right to Work

  • Sending and chasing references

  • General admin duties

  • Full UK driving license would be an advantage
