First and foremost, a great attitude!!

A background within Customer Service or Sales would certainly help but it is not by any means essential, we believe in recruiting the personality and training the skill. Day to day activities will include:

* Working closely with Branch Manager & Consultants, developing long term professional business relationships with candidates.

* Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients, candidates and colleagues.

* Dealing with any queries and providing excellent customer service

* Sourcing and matching candidates to roles

* Interviewing associates for permanent and temporary positions

* Candidate profile writing to send to prospective clients

* Sending and chasing references

* Ensuring compliance is 100%

* Manage the branch social media, marketing and advertising

* General admin duties
