We are seeking a temporary (up to 3 months) experienced and motivated call handler
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client as a call handler/officer in Isleworth.


* Full time - 36 hours per week - The role involves 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am 3 on 3 off, extra shifts an option, shift rotation.
* Temporary role - 3 months (possible extension)
* £14.90 per hour PAYE, night shift allowance
* Office Based


Clean driving licence required


The role involves 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year 5 over 7 days.Customer Service Skills


You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide excellent customer care to a wide range of service users.
Able to use call handling platform to deal with a wide range of calls and support vulnerable service users, to be able to answer the out calls and record accurate information and pass to the relevant department.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts at short notice and putting the needs of the service first. A/L needs to be requested with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice and only 2 members of the team allowed to take leave at the same time.

You must be able to make decisions under pressure.
Record Keeping to able accurately document records in variety of formats, have good computer skills and be willing to learn on the job, undertaking a variety of office duties.

The role requires good communication skills. You must be able to communicate with a wide range of professionals and signpost service users to various agencies.

Drivers Licence
You must have a clean driving licence and be able to drive a car as there will be a requirement to respond to emergency call outs., must be prepared to support and respect client's dignity.


Manual Handling
Trained to use lifting equipment to assist with lifts in the community.



The Office
Office is covid secure, staff carry out temperature checks at the start of shift, they sanitise workstations and work areas, wear face shields when away from desks and are provided with full PPE when attending any call outs. In addition, an individual risk assessment is carried out for all members of the team.
