Adecco Recruitment are working in partnership with Sunseeker International and are currently recruiting Carpenters of all levels to join their busy team based in Poole.

The Job

As a Sunseeker Carpenter, you will work across the numerous boat lines of our extensive product range. You will complete bespoke carpentry work packages within small teams throughout our luxury cabins, modern kitchens and spacious bathrooms whilst working with a wide variety of materials and high quality wood finishes. With customer variation across every product, a Sunseeker Carpenter will truly get to showcase their talent. Ideally you will be from either the construction, shopfitting, joinery, timber, furniture, coach or boat building/marine industry.

This is a temporary ongoing role with potential to go Permanent.

Day and Night Shift available.


The position includes 1st and 2nd fix interior fit out of:

  • Bedrooms/Cabins

  • Kitchens/Galleys

  • Bathrooms/Heads

  • Stairs

  • Flooring (internal and external)

  • Doors

  • Pre Made Furniture

  • Upholstered items (ceiling and wall panels)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Applicants need the ability to read and understand scaled drawings (1:10s)

  • Competency to work with tight tolerances with high value lacquered veneers and solid wood products

  • Building to the required quality standard to defined deadlines is a key element of the role. On the job coaching will be provided to those unfamiliar with boat construction methods.


£12.50 -15 p/h DOE + performance bonus + overtime (time and a half)

Working hours

Shift Options:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 15:30pm - 5 Day Week - 40 hours

Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 17:30pm - 4 Day Week - 40 hours

Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 15:30pm - 4 Day Week - 36 hours
