Our Public Sector client is currently recruiting for a Case Administrator. This is a temporary role with a 6 month duration, pay rate £9.60 - £10.21 per hour, full time 37.5 hours a week, this role can be fully remote working or hybrid working from the clients London office (Canary Wharf) or Leeds office with a minimum of 1 office day per week.

The Case Administrator role is expected to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Case Support and Adviser Team. The post holder will be expected to complete a range of routine tasks in accordance with documented standard operating procedures. The duties include:

  • Answering calls via the advice line switchboard, taking customer information and case related and triaging callers to relevant staff members.

  • Monitoring and triaging incoming correspondence across mailboxes associated with the Case Support and Adviser Team.

  • Performing and responding to routine checks of local databases.

  • Logging team activity on spreadsheets.

  • Issuing letters on behalf of Advisers.

  • Performing routine casework tasks, such as creating new cases and uploading documents.

The successful candidate will be organised, have a good knowledge of administrative functions and processes including a good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes and be able to maintain confidentiality at work when providing administrative support to the Case Support and Adviser Team.
