Adecco are delighted to be partnering with this well-known financial service business in Preston once again. We're currently recruiting on behalf of our Client a vibrant Case Handler.


This opportunity is perfect for a professional with proven customer service experience and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will speak to with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure that the mortgage application process flows in line with expectations.


Type: Full-time, Permanent, Office based


Working days: Monday to Friday


Salary: £21,500pa


Other: Fabulous benefits including Pension, Health care


Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the management of your caseload from mortgage offer to completion, ensuring that all applications are monitored and chased in a timely manner

  • Deal with incoming telephone calls from customers relating to their mortgage and related applications

  • Ensure customer queries, issues and administrative requests are dealt with efficiently and within agreed service levels

  • Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality relationships

  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within specific time frames, criteria and policy

  • Work together with all teams within the Department to help achieve team and business targets and deliver a quality service to customers


Key Qualities & Skills



  • Excellent software skills, particularly Outlook & Word

  • Ability to multi-task and manage own workload

  • Experience of working within a telephone-based customer service environment

  • Experience of working in the Financial Services industry, and in particular the mortgage administration and processing would be preferred but is not essential

  • First class communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Handle all enquiries in a professional, positive and prompt manner
