We have an exciting opportunity for a strong candidate to join the Category Demand Planning team.

Working with a wide variety of stakeholders across the UK and international business, you will take full control of the demand planning cycle for your category, aligning all stakeholders throughout whilst taking responsibility for the quality of the sales forecast within FuturMaster.

You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the business, offering key insights on performance and risk to senior stakeholders. Through focusing on excellence in your forecast you will support business growth through driving the strongest possible service levels, while also delivering on the group's sustainability objectives through the reduction of E&O.


duties for the role will include:



  • Manage the FuturMaster forecast and ensure its quality for both CAS and Non CAS channels.


  • Challenge and consolidate the promotional and launch sales forecasts generated by the Sales and Marketing teams.


  • Manage the monthly demand planning cycle for your categories, in order to ensure a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.


  • Present a monthly forecast update within the Business Planning Meeting, focusing on key forecast changes, performance flags, and key decisions required.


  • Manage monthly and weekly communication with both the S&OP and UK based supply planning teams - providing an overview of key forecast changes.


  • Ensure strong focus on the post launch forecast period, and excellence in the area of catalogue management and rationalization.


  • Ensure the highest level of forecast and procurement accuracy in order to maximize service levels and minimize E&O risk.


  • Participate in project work on an ad hoc basis in order to help drive excellence in the forecast process and collaboration with key stakeholders
