What it's about:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Catering Assistant with 5* catering and hospitality experience to join a dynamic and customer focused catering team working to produce and deliver excellent service to our client's staff, guests and visitors.

What you'll be doing:

As Catering Assistant, you will be working 36.5 hours per week, mostly Monday - Friday but based on a 5 in 7 contract with some additional weekend hours required, flexibility is a must.

Duties include:

  • Serve customers delivering the best service possible

  • Assist in preparation of our Grab and Go items

  • Set up servery and display counters

  • Ensure all our areas and catering equipment are cleaned at all time

  • Operation of Cashless Catering tills and kiosks

What we're looking for:

The ideal Catering Assistant will have proven customer service skills gained through experience working in within a restaurant / caf� environment. You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player with great attention to detail and the ability to bring and share new ideas. You will be able to plan your own work and you'll have a proven ability to manage your workload when under pressure to meet multiple deadlines and will enjoy contributing to the excellent reputation of the department. The ideal candidate will possess a customer service qualification as a minimum; a hospitality qualification is desirable.
