An office space rental company based in the heart of Farringdon are looking for an out-going, hard working and confident individual to join their central team as the Centre Assistant. In this role you will be the central point of contact, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to the centre's tenants. You would be responsible for the smooth running's and the go to for any issues relating to maintenance or general upkeep. This is a perfect opportunity for a person who is looking for full autonomy and progression.


Duties included within the role:



  • Being responsible for overall upkeep and maintenance of the building

  • Providing an exceptional service ensuring the highest level of customer care is provided

  • First port of call for performance of all services in the building. This will include: security, cleaning, waste management, maintenance, IT and telephony to the highest of standards, directing any issues identified with any of the services to the relevant teams

  • Being the central point of contact for all member companies for any issues associated with maintenance and building facilities

  • Conducting daily walks through the building to ensure cleanliness and maintenance issues are noted and addressed

  • Ensuring all stock across the building is maintained and replenished when and as necessary

  • Ensure meeting rooms are presentable and always fully equipped and stocked

  • Clear fridges and freezers prior to weekends

  • Deactivate lost fobs for employees that are permanently leaving the business

  • Run emergency evacuations

  • Log desk/office space enquires and raise to senior contact


Skills required for the role:



  • 1 years minimum experience in a similar role

  • A go get attitude

  • A positive attitude towards helping all aspects of the business

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills

  • Experience with speaking on the phone and resolving issues
