Role: Claims Administrator


Location: Norwich, NR1 (hybrid working)


Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (35h)


Contract: 3 months



We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join one of our clients, an award-winning and market-leading insurance providers! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel you have an empathetic customer service style, we would love to hear from you! As a Claims Administrator, you will provide brilliant service on every call and e-mail, ensuring that customers are fully supported when they make a claim on their motor insurance.



Main responsibilities:



  • First point of contact dealing with motor claims

  • Taking customer details and advising them of the best suited options

  • Communicating with customers and supplies via phone and email

  • Full IT equipment for hybrid working will be provided



About you:



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident in multi-tasking and prioritising responsibilities

  • Passionate about delivering brilliant customer service

  • Strong IT skills (specific software training will be provided)
