We have a fantastic career opportunity for a candidate with excellent customer care skills who would like to pursue a career in insurance. The role is based in central Romford.

One of our clients, a prestigious Lloyd's of London insurance broker, is looking for people to assist the claims department with both administrative tasks and the first notification process. Have you worked in an insurance environment before and realised you have a passion for it? We would like to hear from you today.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing & actioning all new claims received

  • Calling policyholders to take notification of the claim

  • Calling third party representatives to establish details of the claim

  • Answering incoming claims enquiry calls

  • Sending offer of assistance letters
