Clean Room Operative


My client based in the Blyth is looking for a clean Room operative to join their growing business. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with great potential to be taken on permanently. The ideal candidate should have previous clean room experience.


Key responsibilities would be



  • Ensure you are using the correct equipment with the correct settings for the product.

  • A good understanding of SOP's, quality system requirements, documentation, H&S, GMP and 5s.

  • Work closely with the quality department to assure conformity to product specification

  • Work in an organized manner to prevent product mix ups and cross contamination of materials.

  • Work diligently with labels to make sure they comply with label reconciliation

  • Take full accountability for accuracy of documentation you complete within the production department.

  • Support new product introduction, samples and development work as required.

  • Responsibility for the accuracy of the Kanban and return to stock systems.

  • Assist in making sure the production department is in visit condition at all times

  • Work closely with engineering to resolve process issues as and when they arise.

  • Conform to the highest GMP standards expected of a high standard supplier to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

  • Assist production management team to meet scheduling requirements


This is a full-time temporary position based on 2 shifts-


Back shift - 3pm - 11pm Mon - Fri - £10.25ph


Night shift - 11pm - 7am - Sun - thurs - £10.75ph
