  • To be a main point of contact and be responsible for and assist in general cleaning duties at the development in accordance with the site schedule, maintaining records as

  • To be responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests whilst carrying out work and strive for continuous

  • To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for

  • Cleaning will be required of all internal communal areas, high traffic areas, site office and other facility for the site on a daily basis.

  • Cleaning will be required of the external communal areas, car park, roof terraces and other area that serves the site on a daily basis.

  • Occasional cleaning will be required to flats, this will be instructed on an adhoc basis and will need to be scheduled in to the week accordingly.


  • Maintain a professional image and positive work attitude, working collaboratively with team members, onsite staff, residents and guests, to achieve overall business

  • Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety and proactively identifying risks and hazards (to immediate manager) to continuously improve safety

  • To understand the vision for the site and what is expected to maintain and deliver that vision.


  • Experience of working in a high end customer service

  • Proven ability to handle client matters in a professional and confidential

  • Proven ability to apply best practice in the use of all materials and equipment that is provided to carry out

  • Practical application and working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and legislation to eliminate or mitigate risk in the

  • Ability to use initiative to ensure the cleaning is up to standard

  • Good knowledge of lone working practices

  • Willingness to undertake further training as required

  • Excellent commination skills

  • To be able to take instructions and organize day accordingly
