Our client based in Liverpool city centre is looking for a clerical Assistant to work within one of their many departments.

This role is due to start at the beginning of November and will be ongoing until around 7th January with the possibility to be extended.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Undertaking general office administrative duties.

  • Reception duties as and when required

  • Dealing with enquiries from students and members of staff

  • Responding to telephone calls

  • Responding to emails

  • Booking appointments

  • Data input when required

  • Work processing, filing, and copying.

The skills and experience required for this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Previous experience of administration, reception and data entry is advantageous.

  • Good communication skills and the desire to help others

  • Punctuality

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Good time keeping skills

  • Ability to work as a team

  • Ability to manage own work load

  • Previous use of Microsoft office packages

  • IT literate
