Hours- 09.00-17.00hrs Monday - Sunday

7 days per week

Location - Fulwood, Preston

Role Summary

The clerical worker is to support the effective provision of a high quality, professional admin service within the COVID-19 Screening team. This primarily involves the provision of a comprehensive screening service to pre-op patients, ensuring they are booked in for appointments within a specific time frame and logged onto the electronic portal to ensure results are visible to Clinical areas to maintain efficient patient flow.

Role Duties/Requirements

Good telephone manner; you will be responding to external and internal telephone queries from staff, patients and others and referring to appropriate person.

Be able to confidently contact patients to arrange appointment for screening.

Be familiar with Microsoft excel to extract patient data in order to book and record appointments. All data must be entered onto databases/spreadsheets in a timely manner and is accurate

Quadramed experience desirable but not essential as the system training will be provided.

Be an effective communicator to liaise with colleagues and peers showing leadership and constructively managing barriers and problem solving.

Filing of reports and results.
