What will this role of Customer Experience Manager entail?

As Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for driving continuous improvements that enhance and simplify customer interactions - making for an all-round first-class customer experience.

You'll champion a customer service culture that focuses on retaining, strengthening and growing business, by ensuring all customer touch points are delivered to brand and service expectations. You'll be responsible for managing a small customer service team of 5 colleagues, whilst also:
* Reviewing customer journeys to identify any shortcomings, undertaking root cause analysis to resolve and improve customer interactions
* Acting as the point of escalation to resolve complex complaints
* Developing a proactive communication plan for the business to continually engage customers
* Enhancing the digital experience for customer communications, particularly the complaint journey
* Fostering a team work ethic, leading and inspiring your colleagues to be the best they can be

What will I need in order to be considered for the Customer Experience Manager vacancy?
* Proven customer service experience gained at supervisory and / or management level
* A track record of successful complex complaint management
* Confident communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Good IT skills with experience of using CRM systems
* Self-motivated and driven

As the Customer Experience Manager, what will I receive in return?

You'll receive a salary of £32,000to £35,000, level dependent on experience, and be employed on a permanent contract, working full time hours Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm.
