An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading company based in Nantwich. Reporting to and supporting the Director of the business, you will be responsible for taking full responsibility for the day to day operational management for customers and managing the client services team.


Duties will include:


* To be the first point of contact for all new and existing clients, via email, telephone, web enquiry and social media


* To manage the Client Services Team


* To develop positive, trusting relationships with clients


* To coordinate, develop and maintain the client administration systems, standards and operational procedures


* To take responsibility for and follow up the weekly customer feedback


* To take responsibility for the management of the customer internal database


* To be responsible for all client billing and payments


* To manage, coordinate and direct the planned bookings for the business


* To ensure risk assessments and associated documentation are updated to comply with any necessary statutory compliance


* To work with the Marketing team to maximise opportunities for product sales through effective consideration given to point of sales at meet & greets, web sales, and information being supplied to customers


* To manage, record and report on complaints & customer feedback received and any relevant outcomes


* To be responsible for the coordination and reporting on client numbers as part of the monthly/termly business planning review processes to meet the business KPI's


* To regularly monitor and up-date/respond to the website page and Facebook and all social media sites


The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, very well organised and possess strong communication, management & IT skills. This role would suit somebody who is a real people person and the relevant industry background could be travel, leisure or hospitality.
