Location: Homebased


Salary: Up to £20,600


Hours: 37hrs, working 5 days across 7

We are looking for a Client Support Administrator to provide completion of business - critical tasks by setting up new workers based on the instructions received from clients. This will be an excellent company to have on your CV.


The role of the Support Administrator is to provide accurate and efficient on-boarding of workers for business lines within agreed service level agreements.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Managing mailboxes to ensure all queries are responded to quickly and tasks planned and completed efficiently.

  • Accurately process all contracts, extensions or amendments received for workers, ensuring that service level agreements are met and maintained.

  • Support the Client Services team by preparing, collating, and producing data/packs required data/packs required.

  • Take responsibility for personal workload, including following up queries, task actions and requests for information to ensure all items are completed within service levels

  • Create and update procedural documents for processes within area of responsibility, making sure an up-to-date suite of processes is available.

  • Handle queries by liaising with colleagues, management, internal departments, external employment agencies and/or hirers on the client's behalf.

  • Act as overflow for 1st Line Support team for basic inbound calls and tickets i.e. references, holiday or taking messages.

  • Asist others in 1st Line Support Precision and the Client Services team by completing any ad-hoc tasks.


Essential Skills



  • At least 1 years' experience of customer service/administration.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Excellent Organisation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Desirable Skills



  • Business related degree
