Our client is a rapidly growing business that works within the stocks and shares industry and are heavily involved in shareholder analysis. The company was set up over 6 years ago by market leaders in the industry combining decades of experience. The role available is a new role within the company, and it therefore offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop and potentially carve out their own career within the company.



Key Role Responsibilities:



  • Quarterly contact with all clients

  • Monitoring clients IR calendar

  • Monitoring news flow of all clients - press releases, Merger Mkt etc.

  • Salesforce Management - ensuring fully up to date at all times

  • Expanding contact network within each client - Co Sec, Legal, M&A etc.

  • Project process monitoring - including scheduling projects, obtaining LofA, DD info, Delivery monitoring

  • Client Contract Management - ensuring monitoring of renewal dates, project planning to fulfil contract, project scheduling

  • Looking for potential upsell opportunities

  • Market research for clients in all geographies


Candidate Requirements:



  • 2-3 years office experience - ideally in account management or supporting sales functions

  • A graduate with strong MS Office Skills

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of a business

  • Additional European language skills a distinct advantage.

  • Interest in markets
