We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Advisor to join our client's established team based in the heart of Warrington. If you have experience with working within FCA regulations or underwriting experience, we are keen to speak to you.

Salary will pay up to £23,000 per annum

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week + one hour for lunch

Shift Patterns between Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm

Main responsibilities

Working alongside a team of advisers you will proactively manage 'your' customers from beginning to end, whilst also contributing to individual and team productivity targets. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulatory environment ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.

Key Accountabilities

� Managing and servicing existing clients needs

� Maximise New Business Opportunities whilst delivering outstanding customer service

� Proactive in supporting the wider team in delivering its call handling levels

� Proactively obtain future dated leads in order to increase sales and maximise revenue opportunities

� Renewal of existing client policies by servicing renewal requirements

� Produce and/or request insurance documentation

� Undertake any other duties as necessary

� Ensure work area is tidy and free of hazards

Person specification

� Understanding of Car Insurance and Home Insurance

� Ability to build instant customer support

� Experience in retention or sales is preferable

� Thrives on a challenge and have pride in your work

� Drive to develop both personally and professionally

Regulatory Knowledge:
