Adecco are proudly recruiting for a Collections Advisor for our industry-leading client based in the Wrexham area.


This is a great opportunity for a personable professional to join a friendly and supportive team in a fast-paced office.


Working hours: The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hrs. Working hours: M-F 08:30-17:00

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience


Key responsibilities include:



  • Day-to-day management of outstanding invoices

  • Collection of outstanding invoices

  • Admin and data entry duties

  • Development and maintenance of records

  • Developing action plans for customers

  • Monitoring of email inbox


Key Skills:



  • Excellent communication skills

  • A warm, confident and professional telephone manner

  • Confident with MS Office packages

  • A team player who is willing to support colleagues

  • Previous experience within credit control or collections is advantageous but not essential
