Position Description
Title: Communication Associate
Location: London
Duration: 12 months
Start Date: ASAP
Bonus: Company Bonus



Overall Responsibilities:



- Assist with operations including reporting, measurement and overall team
organisation. This includes tasks like compiling and creating coverage reports, going
through press coverage tracker to pull out top level data-driven insights and
combining them into our end of week EMEA reporting.
- This role will act as a liaison with other operational functions within the company in EMEA
and also internationally in order for the team to be on track with latest procedures
and time frames.



Top 3 daily responsibilities:



1. Keep our internal coverage tracking pools updated and make sure all entries are
consistent and are properly categorised.
2. Pull and share data-driven insights for a better understanding and decision making
on a regular basis.
3. Suggest and outline entries based on the coverage tracker for the various reports.



Required skills:


- Fast learner: appetite to learn quickly, proactive and curious.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful: able to take projects into completion with little direction.
- Organised: ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and follow through the various tasks
- Analytical skills: ability to interpret data and pull insights for better decision making
- Communication and writing: able to translate complex data-points into digestible
insights and to elaborate brief and concise snippets.



Desired skills:



- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in a measurement or analytics focused role for communications,
journalism or media
