You'll create, deliver and lead executive and employee communications that influence stakeholder perceptions and behaviours to drive business outcomes. In partnership with the UK and Ireland country executive and the leadership team, you will build a communications strategy that tangibly contributes to the business goals by aligning employee behaviours to business strategy and building an employee community that reflects our culture and differentiates the company in the market.

  • Protect and enhance company's reputation through innovative and thought-provoking storytelling and execution excellence

  • Be responsible for change communications and understand how culture supports organisational transformation and what drives high employee performance

  • Build and shape powerful stories that are simple, compelling and use clear language that inform, engage and entertain internal and external audiences

  • Create and promote impactful multi-media content that breaks through the noise and gets noticed on traditional and digital channels

  • Align to business, sales & marketing priorities to produce tangible and valuable results that make a difference

  • Amplify our stories and messages in a planned, purposeful and coordinated way that affect lasting change.

Who You Are

  • You will need to be a seasoned communications professional with executive and direct employee communications.

  • A track record of understanding audience perceptions, translating business goals into communications goals and designing programmes that help position the company's relevance and value, advance its thought leadership and innovation profile

  • Able to identify, prioritise and focus on areas where communications can have the biggest impact and demonstrate tangible results on influencing our audience's perceptions, attitudes and behaviours

  • A strategic partner and advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders - not afraid to challenge to get to the right outcome

  • Thinks strategically and creatively around translating business priorities into stories and visual concepts that are relevant and engaging to a broad audience across various channels

  • A data-driven communicator that works in true partnership with individuals and teams to extract relevant information from multiple sources to build word-class communications plans

  • Strong interpersonal skills; intuitive ability to read situations, influence where appropriate and execute to meet milestones, tight deadlines, and balance concurrent projects

  • Demonstrates a high degree of poise, professionalism and takes the initiative.
