Adecco are proud to be recruiting for a Communications Officer, on behalf of the Forensic Collision Investigation Network (FCIN).



You will be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of force wide internal communications, incorporating marketing campaigns and digital communications.



Salary: £29,793 - £31,72 (prorata)


Hours: Part-time, two days a week, flexible days.


Location: Remote working, with the requirement to travel throughout England.

Key Responsibilities:



  • To create, edit and publish accessible content, appropriate for a range of channels from online and social, to publications and multimedia.

  • To develop and deliver a range of internal communication plans and campaigns, identifying the most effective methods to engage audiences and maximise reach.

  • To continually identify opportunities for more proactive, innovative internal communications.



Key Requirements and Skills:



  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a communications or marketing discipline.

  • Knowledge of the delivery of internal communications, employee engagement, marketing campaigns, digital and new media marketing and multimedia systems and tools is required.

  • At least one year in an employee engagement or internal communications.

  • A high level of verbal and written communications skills.
