Do you have previous customer service experience? Have you got a passion for beauty products? Are you available immediately, and looking to work a for a large well-known beauty retailer?

If yes, then this maybe the role for you. Our client is looking for a passionate, customer service orientated individual to work within their successful community management team.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Responding to social media messages to provide a 121 consultative service regarding our clients range of products

  • Working within a set SLA of 1 hour response times to all messages and a 100% response rate

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all consumers and provide the best advice on a consultative basis.

Successful candidate will be required to have a positive can do attitude, work well independently as well as being able to confidently work on their own as well as having a passion for the brand and the products in which they sell.

This is a short term assignment, starting immediately until the of the year with the view that this could be extended.

Working hours are Mondays to Fridays 7am until 4pm, paying £15 per hour and is a fully remote working position.
