Role: Community Manager


Location: London


Duration: start date asap for 6 months


Applicable Bonus: Company Plan (Yearly)


Hourly rate: £19.03 - £22.88


Onsite Working Schedule: Flexible working from home and from the office, sometimes office presence will be necessary. Also this is event mgmt role so if there will be an event they might need to work them on weekends or evenings but the overall working hours per week will be kept at 40-43h/week.

In the Developer Relations Ecosystem team, we are excited to connect and collaborate with the communities that love technology as much as we do. In this team, we put the success and relationship to passionate technology experts front and center. We help them learn, grow, and network and steward the world's largest community program as well as a global scene of tech creators.


Our audience ranges from students and entrepreneurs to casual developers, open-source contributors, content creators, and technology experts. Our programs enable developers on a global scale.


Overall Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and provide support organizing and running both online & offline events

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Working with tech communities driving projects in the regions and on-the-ground-

  • Manage relationships with, and foster the creation of local developer communities

  • Providing operational support for community programs

  • Identify community needs, key industry trends, insights and report them to the team

  • Having a passing understanding of technologies and products as well as the European tech ecosystem.


3 Main Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and provide support organizing and running both online & offline events

Skill/Experience/Education



  • Mandatory Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Project/Program Management background

  • Experience in organizing and executing events

  • Community experience

  • Be able to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically

  • Communicate and collaborate in a virtual, international team

  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders

  • Passion for diversity and inclusion

  • Desired Experience as a community leader

  • Experience with conference presentations or public speaking

  • Technical background or affinity for technology

  • Understanding of the developer ecosystem in Europe

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

  • High relationship management skills
