We are currently recruiting for a Complaints Coordinator for our client based within the Bognor Regis area.

You will be working within a fast-paced office, investigating and assessing customer complaints. Much of the role is administrative, so it requires excellent organisational and time management skills in order to handle multiple duties at once.

You will be responsible for complaints, all administrative duties as well as helping out within the office including some basic HR, Estate Management and Health & Safety amongst other duties. Your main responsibility will be to ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in a timely manner, you will be analysing complaint data and providing timely reports.

A Financial/Complaints Handling background is desirable.

Key responsibilities:

  • Investigate all complaints, logging them accurately

  • General administrative duties

  • Manage customer/third party expectations

  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the company's complaint handling requirements

  • Updating internal and external complaints documentation

  • Complete New Starter/Leaver IT Requests

  • Send & chase references for new members of staff

  • Maintain Health & Safety records

  • Arrange various H&S inspections where required

  • Ensure Fire Marshals and First Aiders carry out their duties and keep records up to date

  • Scanning & maintaining records

  • Ensure buildings/facilities are maintained

  • Arrange maintenance when required
