Have you got previous experience working within complaint handling? Can you work in a fast-paced environment? Are you a key team worker?


Our client is looking for a complaints handler to join their complaints and quality assurance team. You will act as the escalated point of contact for all customer complaints. As complaints handler, it will be your responsibility to manage these complaints in line with fixed guidelines and protocols.


Daily duties may include -



  • Assist in collation of monthly and year to date complaint reporting and analysis

  • Organising sessions with team managers ensuring consistent companywide quality assessments, scoring and coaching.

  • To attend and activity engage in service quality learn sessions using the examples provided by the team to highlight improvement opportunities.
