  • Compile professional and appropriate responses to complaints, always maintaining high standard of customer service

  • Promote a positive complaint handling culture within the business, supporting the efficient, fair, and consistent handling of complaints throughout the organisation

  • Liaise with front line departments and managers to ensure effective handling of complaints and actions to prevent recurrence

  • Ensure complaints are recorded accurately

  • Assist with effective root cause analysis and reporting procedures to identify the underlying causes of customer complaints, key trends, root cause and corrective actions

  • Maintain knowledge of relevant departments' processes and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines and information

  • Liaising with Customers by phone to quickly resolve complaints

Location: Basildon area

Salary: £10 - £13 per hour dependant on experience

Working days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9am till 5pm

Duration of contract: Till October 2021 possible extension to March 2022
