Based at our large client facility in Witney, the Technical Complaint Investigator will work on a contract basis for six months.

The main purpose of the Technical Complaints Investigator will be the processing of returned products using our clients fault finding software to identify the root cause of the faulty goods. You will be using our clients software and following a process map, you will diagnose faults with returned goods recording outcomes onto clients database.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Conducting complaint investigation activities
*Meeting team goals for time lines
*Ensuring the accuracy and quality of documentation

Our client is looking for successful candidates to the Technical Complaint Investigator role to ideally have:
*Experience of using Word and Excel to an intermediate level
*Experience of working with minimal supervision
*Previous experience of troubleshooting and problem solving

This role is working in a laboratory environment where all safety clothing is provided by our client.

Monday - Friday

4pm - midnight late shift

£10.26 per hour

We are ideally looking for candidates available for an immediate start but will also consider applications from candidates with a notice period.
