We are currently recruiting for a Complaints Officer to work for an organisation based in Havering. The post holder would be required to work as part of the Complaints Team, investigating and answering complaints. Providing responses to individual and cross- complaints at the highest stages in the complaints process. Ensuring the service meets its statutory duties and responsibilities in respect of complaints and representations. Supporting the provision of analytical reports and complaints performance information, as well as supporting the training of other teams and staff members, to learn from complaints and enquiries received in order to raise service standards.

Successful candidates would need to be able to demonstrate sucess in a similar role.
