Adecco are looking to recruit a number of Compliance Administrators with Customer Service experience. You'll be working within a team environment and be responsible for ensuring that our candidates are compliant to individual client background screening requirements.



Salary: £20,250 per annum


Fixed Term Contract (FTC) 3 Months initially, with potential for extension


Based in Keele, with up to 2 days per week working from home.


Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm



Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Carry out screening checks for candidates in the aviation industry

  • Provide support to candidates throughout the process and ensure they provide accurate data for checks

  • Conduct reference checks for candidates and speak to external companies to ensure references fit within compliance standards.

  • Alert Account / Operational teams to any adverse findings within candidate cases

  • Ensure all work is completed within client SLA's and escalate any areas of non-compliance

  • Become a super user on ALX Technology Platform, ensuring full use of automated functionality. *full training provided for this system*

  • Manage and maintain accurate records in accordance to client requirements

  • Collation of audit pack for submission to client

  • Provide reporting and statistical data as appropriate.

  • Ensure own activity demonstrates company values and complies with ISO9001:2000 /company standards, procedures, and systems.

  • Adopt & demonstrate the company's core values in the delivery of a customer-focused service.



Essential Skills/ Experience:



  • Computer literate (Intermediate MS-Office skills)

  • Problem solving

  • Customer-facing skills - query handling; assertiveness

  • Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised

  • Good administrative, verbal and written skills. Methodical, meticulous and able to pay attention to fine detail

  • Time Management with the ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Contractual/administration environment

  • Customer service environment

  • Working in a team environment with an office.
