Our higher education client is currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator, pay £12.78ph, start ASAP, duration 3 months, hours Mon-Fri 35 hours per week. Our client is looking for the successful candidate to have previous experience in DBS checks. The closest train station to the office is Hendon Central.


  • Have proven administrative experience in a Higher Education setting with a flexible approach to work.

  • Ability to organise and prioritise work demands to meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision

  • Ability to produce clear and concise reports, on occasions drawing on large datasets, and using well developed and appropriate communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences, internal and external.

  • Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service and following customer care procedures and processes

Essential Skills:

  • The ability to exercise considerable tact and diplomacy

  • High level of IT competency, who can work with systems, spreadsheets and databases extremely well. Including MS Access and Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • The ability to work within a team

  • Proactive approach to taking ownership of and solving problems

  • Demonstrable experience of working as part of a team

  • Flexible approach to working hours during peak periods as there may be some weekend working
