Adecco Croydon are proud to be working with a fantastic company based in the heart of Croydon recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join their friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, hard working individual to join a company that is a rapidly growing company who strive to be the leader within their market.

The role is a full time permanent position to undertake the following duties:

  • Ensuring team are held accountable for managing the pre-employment checking process which includes obtaining all relevant checks in a timely manner before their expected start date. This includes references, DBS disclosure, right to work information, professional registration details and any other requirements.

  • Managing the ongoing employment compliance process by reviewing team performances.

  • Conduct audits on a regular basis, e.g. DBS, professional registration, mandatory training and Immigration.

  • Maintain any systems that monitor the ongoing HR compliance of the workforce.

  • Ensure team are fully trained and act as an escalation point

  • Manage team performance through KPI and performance markers

Compliance and management experience within the health-care industry is essential. The key factors to this role are attention to detail, strong customer service skills, capable and confident management techniques with a passion and drive to produce work to a high standard!

Salary & Benefits: £35,000, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, dress down Friday, quarterly team breakfast, Christmas & Summer events

Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30am - 17.30pm
