Key responsibilities



  • Responsible for ensuring that any enquiry receives a prompt, efficient and professional response.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement

  • To manage complaints using agreed procedures.

  • To provide guidance and advice to clients on how to avoid complaints and maintain compliance

  • To respond to enquiries and complaints using a case management system, email and letters.

  • To work on specific projects as delegated.


Skills required:



  • Proven customer services and complaints handling skills.

  • Must possess excellent writing skills including letter writing

  • Confident and assured manner and be able to liaise with colleagues, and members of the Public.



  • To work with individuals at all levels.

  • MS Office literate.

  • Ability to manage, prioritise and work to deadlines.

  • Excellent standards of verbal and written communication.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Collaborative team working - post holder will be expected to work flexibly

  • Able to work on own initiative.
