My client based in the lovely area of Newcastle under Lyme has a permanent opportunity available for an Compliance Team Leader to join their team. The successful individual will have team leader experience and be able to assist others in prioritising their workload and assist with the streamlining processes.

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Manage a team responsible for completing all Compliance for company new starters such as Right to work documents and CBS requirements.

  • Manage the teams KPI's.

  • Assist in the build of any new systems implemented to assist timely compliance activity.

  • Track interview outcomes by branch and identify correlating trends.

  • Share compliance updates with senior stakeholders escalating concerns where necessary and utilise all methods of communication if updates are not received.

The successful candidate will have;

  • Team leader/ management experience

  • Must have strong communication skills

  • Must be able to use Microsoft Packages and able to use video call software such as, Zoom

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
