Our client based in Thame is looking for a motivated Team Leader to join their busy and fast paced construction Team. You will be supporting Key Accounts and Administration, co-ordinating with several different departments both in branch and across the UK, whilst overseeing the day to day operations of a small team.


Other duties will include:



  • Work with the sales divisions/key accounts to ensure that the Customer Service function is providing the highest achievable service, in terms of general dealings with the customer and delivery performance

  • Ensure that the key accounts are kept fully informed of the status in relation to their orders/products which could include customer visits

  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of customer service issues

  • Act as co-ordinator between key accounts, 3rd party suppliers and internal departments to ensure all orders are delivered on time and to specification

  • Ensure all invoicing and warranty registrations documents are completed daily

  • Create movement of goods orders and book transport for deliveries

  • Attend weekly/monthly key account meetings with the relevant stakeholders


The ideal candidate will have experience working within a construction or industrial industry and be able to manage a small team. You must have exceptional customer service skills, be well organised and able to work towards deadlines. Experience working with SAP would be an advantage.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm and consist of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
