Our wonderful client in Tewkesbury is looking to recruit a Consumables Administrator to join their ever-growing team, you will successfully manage the service provision of consumable and small products as well as actively promote product offering to existing customers.

This is a varied role involving monitoring of the inbox, communicating with customers and suppliers and sending out products as and when required.

Key Tasks:

  • Prepare quotations for customer enquiries

  • Process all consumables orders on receipt

  • Review offerings and recommend new product streams

  • Maintain price and volume discount lists

  • Respond to all communications via phone and email

  • Ensure Company KPI's are measured and adhered to.

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding prices, lead times, services, and the provision of samples.

  • Initial point of contact for all customer related enquires regarding consumable/small product sales.

  • Log calls for consumables requests onto system

  • Package up and send out goods

  • Monitor requests and delivery times to maintain a good service
