Contact Centre Advisor

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £9.00 per hour

Working hours: flexible Shifts over 7 days between 8am - 8pm

Duration: temporary - ongoing

Job description:

As a Contact Centre Advisor your duties will consist of answering calls and emails from our client's customers to help resolve queries with billing, payments, servicing and co-coordinating with dispatch departments to send engineers for regular servicing appointments and emergency situations such as leaks and boiler faults.

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

  • Understanding the strategy, aims and objectives of the business.

  • Promoting our products and services appropriately to customers.

  • Listen to our customer needs, and develop solutions to meet customer expectations

  • Find creative approaches to any issues arising

  • Work in a team focussed manner, ensuring group targets are met through working with others

  • Operate our customer systems to the required standard to maintain accurate data

  • Monitor and administer a busy customer inbox, ensuring written communication is of a high standard

  • Promote a culture where customers are treated fairly and are properly informed

  • Effective networking and partnering with customers, suppliers and operational teams within the peer group to resolve issues, share best practice and implement solutions to improve overall service levels

  • Participate in continuous improvement sessions to ensure we make things better for our customers

It would be great to see candidates with:

  • Customer Service skills

  • Experience within a contact centre environment

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Can effectively manage and prioritise own work load
