Adecco Chester are proudly recruiting for our globally successful client, currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join them at their offices based in Chester Business Park. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable company with excellent benefits.



Salary - £18200 (plus £100 bonus each month)


Location - Chester


Hours - Monday to Friday, working either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm on a shift rotation basis.



Requirements:



  • Experience working within a customer service, telephone based position

  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email

  • Ability to work well within a team



Key Responsibilities include:



  • To deliver excellent customer service whilst responding to queries - predominately via telephone and email.

  • Liaise with relevant departments when required to resolve queries.

  • Ensure all communications are carried out in line with company standards and procedures.

  • To work according to the priorities assigned by the Supervisors and Managers relating to taking calls, responding to emails, or completing Support Admin tasks.
