A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Agent - Offline Support is looking to join a thriving travel company.



As a Contact Centre Agent - Offline Support, you will be responsible for the effective handling of all individual client's requests coming by email, in line with service standards & procedures.

As a Contact Centre Agent - Offline Support you will need to:



  • Handles all emails in line with the Service Standards and Procedures.

  • Uses the reservation systems to process email sales and queries for individual clients.

  • Promotes company products and services to generate revenue.

  • Assists clients with specialist support and after-sales service, such as reservations changes, purchase of additional services, and special requests.

  • Provides relevant information to clients to enhance customer service and loyalty.
