Our client is seeking an analyst with a background within contact centres to join their project team on a permanent basis.


This is an interesting and rewarding role where you will be analysing global contact centre processes to identify areas for continuous improvement.



Key duties include:


Customer journey mapping.


Performance mapping.


Customer contact analysis.


Supporting with process analysis reporting, knowledge sharing and the implementation of performance improvement projects.



The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of all contact centre processes and systems, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and have excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. Previous experience within a contact centre within a leadership role is also essential.
