Adecco are searching for a Customer Services Team Leader!

Our Sheffield City Centre based client is looking for a temporary Supervisor/ Team Leader to supervise the daily operations of the Contact Centre for 30 hours per week. This includes:

  • Directing of day-to-day activities of contact centre staff

  • Day-to-day responsibility for coaching and mentoring Contact Centre staff

  • Provide support for Customer Service staff and deal with challenging first line complaints

  • Supervise daily operational processes

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience managing a team

  • The ability to turn any customers negative experience in to a positive one

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Good working knowledge with Word & Excel

  • Works well in a team & actively supports others

This role pays a minimum of £9.30 and will run for 13 weeks.
