  • The post will be hybrid so will require some working from home as well as in the office in either Twickenham or Wandsworth.They post holder will also be required to visit the borough to do stalls at various locations.

The Role


Online Watch Link (OWL) Content Coordinator/Administrator - (fixed term until March 2022)


Working closely with the Community Safety Team and partners, you will fulfil a key role in the running and promoting of the Online Watch Link (OWL) communication tool. The OWL platform has been jointly commissioned by Richmond and Wandsworth Council and the Met Police to send out messages to residents on local crime and anti-social behaviour issues happening in their ward and borough.


With good interpersonal skills and a flare for providing concise and accurate information, you will also be responsible for the registration and induction of new users onto the OWL platform and will act as our primary point of contact for the submission of Police and Community Safety updates to our OWL Coordinators, businesses and partners.


You will need an excellent eye for detail, a passion for good communication and great time management skills as you provide vital administrative support and evaluate the OWL performance data for our senior management team.


You will also be required to support the wider business functions of the team where relevant to achieve our outcomes and targets and will report directly to the Community Safety Team Manager.


Previous experience and knowledge of using the OWL platform is desired but not essential as you will be trained on how to use it within your first week.
